At Noir Bella Capelli, we’re all about that wig slay, and your happiness is our top priority! We’ve crafted this 30-day return policy to make sure you’re vibin’ with every purchase. Here’s the full scoop on returns for our luxurious virgin human hair wigs and accessories—let’s keep it real and fabulous!

Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging (tags, boxes, and all).
  • What’s Covered: Wigs, bundles, toppers, and hair accessories qualify. Custom orders (e.g., wigs colored to request) are final sale—no returns, boo!
  • Condition: Must be odor-free, not worn outside, and hygiene-approved. No cuts, styling, or heavy use—keep it fresh!

How to Return

  1. Start the Process: Log into your account, go to My Account > Returns, and submit your request (include order number and reason).
  2. Get Your Label: We’ll email a free prepaid USPS label for US returns. International? You cover return shipping (we’ll reimburse up to $15 USD after review).
  3. Ship It: Pack it secure (use a silk bag for wigs to avoid tangles), snap pics if needed, and mail within 7 days of label generation. Track it—we’ll confirm receipt in 2-3 days.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund: Get your full amount back to the original payment method (minus original shipping if unused) or opt for store credit for faster glam. Processed in 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect.
  • Exchange: Free swaps for size or color—same return process, and we’ll ship your new piece ASAP (no restocking fees!).
  • Exceptions: Sale/clearance items get store credit only. Bank delays? Allow 5-10 extra days.

Special Cases

  • Defects: Spot a flaw? Contact us within 7 days of delivery—we’ll replace it free, no return needed. Send pics to support@noirbellacapelli.com.
  • International: Duties/taxes aren’t refunded; return shipping costs vary by country.
  • Late Returns: Past 30 days? We’ll consider store credit on a case-by-case basis—email us!
